
there are many who believe the path to enlightenment is paved with ego dissolution. I would argue that ascribing such a rudimentary concept alone to such a grand task is distilling a very important process that is more complex.

or do you have an ego coming from your winding which is not in connection to self, other and the world around you but is meant to prove to the world that you ar worthy? you let the world tell you you are valuable via ego pursuits rather than you telling the world who you are via your project of healthy ego.
healthy ego in many ways is connected to the concept of self-love as it is a project of your level of self connection
don’t throw out the baby with the bathwater. to be egoless does not sound fun. attachedment from self is not the goal here. You want to remain attached to self as self is what interacts with the world around you and thus how the world responds to you. Self is that thing that houses your humaness and afterall we all are here for a human experience.
so how do we achieve a healthy ego and connection to self rather than allowing our ego to live out our wounding patterns? and how does somatic nervous system healing help to do that.
